Document Controller is required for A Company specialized in contracting.
Located in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.
Work Location: Tag Sultan .

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Document controlling.
• Good in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Understanding of Windows Servers.

Responsibilities:
• Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation necessary.
• Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary.
• Listing out the Documents and documenting the project details and Setting up project filling systems.
• Gathering information for implementing the new project.
• Collecting inputs from clients
• Describing all possible document flow structure and Submission of documents
• Describing and creating the Acknowledge letters for the clients
• Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports
• Manual follow up with the clients to get an expected schedule for all pending documents
