Qualifications:
• For graduates ONLY (Fresh graduates can apply)
• Very good command of English
• Maximum age is 29
• ICDL is a plus
Job summary:
Handling customer inquiries over the phone or mail in appropriate way. Achieving the highest customer satisfaction. Giving the best view of our company. Following up with the customer.
Working condition: NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS (8 working hours “including 1 hour break”); 6 working days and 1 day off rotational.
Telesales agent :
Qualifications:
• For graduates ONLY (Fresh graduates can apply).
• Telesales Experience is a must. 6 months at least
• Very good command of English.
• Maximum age is 29.
• ICDL is a plus.
Job summary:
Handling new customer’s orders, trying to push them to buy more expensive products in order for you to get your commission. Closing up the deal. Following up with them.
