Job Title: International Billing & Technical Advisor “British Account (No Overnight Shifts)”
Job Description:
-Handle British Customer’s inquires and complaints.
-Ensure customer delight and satisfaction.
-Log customer details on the CRM.
-Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
– Graduates and Undergraduates are encouraged to apply

Full Time Arrangement:
– Starting Net salary 2,400 EGP
-Net Salary after 6 months is 3,300 EGP
-Total Days off per month are 9 Days Off instead of 8 Days

Part time Arrangements:
-Four full days a week on a fixed schedule (Excluding Sunday)
-Net Monthly Salary is 1,600 EGP
– Three full days a week on a fixed schedule (Excluding Sunday)
-Net Monthly Salary is 1,200 EGP
Working conditions:
-Location is in 6th of October
-Working Hours are 10 hours per day
– working 5 hours a day “fixed” for 5 working days “rotational”
– working hours for the 5 hrs a day module will be either from 9AM till 3PM or from 6PM till 11PM with 1200L.E salary
