Workshop Manager / Service Manager required for an engineering and trading company based in Obour City, Egypt.
Position Overview
· Maintains proper workshop loading & coordination.
· Controls the job flow between groups & workshop zones.
· Ensures high quality that repair estimates are reasonable.
· Ensures chief customer satisfactions are met perfectly.
· Ensures technicians are following quality control policy & procedures & is fully responsible for total service quality.
Position Requirements
· Experience working as a Service Manager / Workshop Manager
· Experience planning, organizing and managing workshop.
· Proven engineering background preferred automotive or power mechanics. Motorcycles and ATV service experience is preferred
