SKODA Workshop Engineer:
Job description:
• Supervise the servicing and/or repair of customer’s vehicles within the trade discipline(s) assigned.
• Liaise with Receptionists to predict type and volume of future workload and understand particular needs of customers, advise Receptionists of any problems with the work on customers’ vehicles (control of non-conforming product – disposition of nonconforming product – corrective and preventive actions)
• Advise Service Garage Manager of Warranty Work encountered, advise Job Controller and Receptionist of additional work encountered
• Follow the warranty instruction supplied by warranty manager.
• Follow warranty policy, procedure and instructions given by warranty manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: B sc. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in service operation in a reputable dealership
