JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Handling Customers inquires and complaints.
– Providing customer with accurate information and right solutions.
– Performing other duties are assigned by management.
Competencies:
– University Graduate.
– Tech background (Network or Microsoft) is a plus.
– Excellent English.
– Excellent communication & problem solving Skills.
– Flexible with shift basis (9 hours rotational shifts 5 days a week).
– Articulate voice.
– Person-Organization Fit.
– Ability to work under pressure.
– 0-1 year of experience most of which in Customer Service/ Call Center environment.
– Military status should be completed, exempted or postponed.
– Maximum age 35.
– Males only are preferable.
Work Conditions:
– Rotational Shifts: 24/7 (8 working hours) (for males), 10:00 PM will be the last shift (for females).
– 2 Rotational off days
– Location in Maadi (Smart village).
