Job Description:
• Handle Customer’s inquires and complaints.
• Verify information with the Embassies.
• Ensure customer delight and satisfaction.
• Log customer details on the CRM.
• Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Males/Females.
• Graduates.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good English.
Package:
• Work Location: Call Center Park – Maadi
• Working hours: 8.00 am – 8:00pm ( 9 rotational hours)
• 2 days off rotational.
• Salary: EGP 1500 (net salary).
• No transportation.
