Mobile Applications Developer (Junior/Senior/Tech Lead)

S/he is highly self-motivated, results oriented person and has a high sense of ownership. S/he should be agile with high
tolerance of uncertainty, a rapid prototyper and having a wide-spectrum of skills.

Qualifications…
• BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science disciplines.
• 1-7 years of experience. Fresh grads are also most welcome should they have proven talent. (Code geeks should never hesitate to apply!)
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Solid understanding of object oriented and MVC concepts. Java programming experience is preferred.
• Experience in at least 3 of the following is highly desired: Web development frameworks, UI design, database design, mobile applications, augmented reality, and cloud computing frameworks.
• Experience in any of the following is preferred: Android, iOS development. (Required for senior positions.)
• Experience in Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery) is a plus.
• Proven ability in dealing with ambiguity.
• Fast learning with rapid prototyping and agile development ability.
• Self-driven and proactive spirit.
• Can-do mentality and ability to manage risk and deal with setbacks.
• Proven ability in analyzing requirements into technical specifications is preferred. (Required for senior positions.)
• Experience in performing code reviews, managing source and version control is preferred. (Required for senior positions.)
• High communication and critical thinking skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
