Training Specialist – Stellar
About the Job
Outdoor responsibilities (60% of job):
• Work with different vendors for production of promotional and printed materials
• Survey and scan the market for new innovative promotional materials
• Supervise construction of branding material inside training sites
• Training logistics’ management: coordinate training events in the different training sites (hotels, hospitals, other training halls)
Indoors (40% of job):
• Organize and develop training manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures.
• Keep track of all training assessments and prepare an analysis report on its effectiveness as per the feedback received (training evaluation forms).
Job Requirements
• Males Only.
• ( 0 – 2 ) Years of Experience in Any Related Filed, Fresh graduates who like are passionate for work, responsible, curious to know more and who desire a friendly learning environment.
