Sales Supervisor / Beauty Division
Job Description:
• Managing beauty advisers team to ensure that they are trained to meet sales targets and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

• Monitor staff daily job flow by reviewing the daily sales to measure the team and market performance.
• Achieves sales volume and value targets by Month, Quarter & Year.
• Generates daily and monthly status reports regarding the overall sales achievements and the competitor activities.
• Increases the company’s market share by opening new markets.
• Updates customer details of the different areas.
• Submitting his weekly plan and discuss it his manager
• Develop and maintain good relationships with key customers and other relevant to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing.
• Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in Retail & Beauty and managing sales team
• Very good command of English language
• Leadership and Coaching
• The ability to develop and motivate a team
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Initiative and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
