Customer Service – Fresh Graduates
Customer Service -outbound – as full time job – 6 days working per week except Friday with package starting from 975-1150 EGP per month – Applicant should be Cairo/Giza Resident – Femal Only.
Job Duties :
*Handling customer’s inquires related ADSL Service and Internet Offer
*Collect monthly payment of all service provided by the company
*Achieving the best performance in customer’s satisfaction
Skills Needed :
*Applicants should be well-educated with good command of English language
*Willing to learn and work with high spirit and positive performance
* Good communication skills and handling customer’s issue
* Having good personality to work under stress
* Team-work player
Job Package include : Basic Salary + KPIS + Bonus and Social Insurance
Benefits : Annual Contract – Paid Training Period and Fixed Working Hours with average 8 hours and half
