As-Salam International Hospital in Maadi is seeking to hire:-
Storekeeper:
Main Duties:
Issue the requested supplies to departments
Preparing purchase requests and sends to Purchasing Department.
Check and receive ordered supplies according to Pos
Adding received items to the system
Following Min./Max. stock, re-order point, safety stock , expiry date for the stock Items
Reports stock problems to store Manager and participate to find solutions for these problems.
Co-ordinate with Purchasing Department and follow –up the ordered items
Conducts physical inventory and prepare all necessary related documents and reports.
Receive external supplies form from OR, Review & Charge the actual used supplies on patient & return non used supplies to OR store
Send external supplies form for (ON-SHELF ITEMS)to main store
Qualification & Skills:
BSC in any discipline
At least one year experience
Good at English language
