CEO Personal Assistant NEEDED.
Full time.
– Job Description –
•Arrange and coordinate CEO meetings, administrative support, presentations preparation, data collection, filing applications, hotel reservations, airlines booking etc.

•Receiving CEO phone calls & only transferring the essential calls.
•Handling CEO appointments & visitors.
•Attending CEO meetings, taking notes, typing meeting minutes, prepare reports & reminding of any point that needs follow-up.
•Provide any necessary information to help CEO to make proper decisions as required.
•Types and sends any needed correspondences (letters, faxes, e-mails… etc).
•Prepare proposals, presentations and briefs as requested.
•Assists in writing and formatting of required documents and archives all documents.
•Handle events, projects coordination and follow up tasks as requested.
•Attend related workshops, meetings and conferences as requested.
•Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: BSc. Degree from a reputable university (preferably AUC – GUC – AAST)
Gender: Female
Experience: 1-4 Years in similar position
Other Skills:
•High level of computer and research skills.
•Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
•Marketing, business & project management background.
• Fluent English.
•Ability to take initiative, organize and complete tasks with a minimum of supervision, and to manage several tasks at once.
