• Minimum of 4-7 years hands-on experience in MQ, Message broker. Ability to analyze, plan, design, configure, test and support MQ application.

• Document High level design, Detail design and test cases.Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills. Experience in Java, J2EE, XML, XSL, DB, AppMust have Technical Skills:

• 4+years’ experience with Java and IBM WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) – now IBM Integration Bus (IIB).

• Service-oriented architecture (SOA) background.

• Excellent knowledge of interface design and implementation.

• Highly skilled programmer with understanding of:

• Message formats such as Extensible Markup Language (XML), Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP),Web Services Description Language (WSDL), etc.

Position : SFDC CRM Developer

· SFDC Administration and configuration Consultants with 4-8 years of experience on SalesForce.com.

· In-depth understanding of SFDC CRM application (Sales or Service Cloud).Capabilities and constraints.

· Applied knowledge of the solution definition, design, layout and configuration of the SFDC implementation and related applications.

· Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop point-of-view, delivery methodologies, etc as related to SFDC.

· Experience in min 2 or 3 SFDC Implementations.

· Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.

· Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.

· Provide in-depth technical and business knowledge to ensure efficient design, and implementation.

· Have a firm understanding of web application architectures and development patterns.

· 2+ years’ experience in using Adobe Day CQ CMS for public web sites.

· Excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities, and analytical skills.
