Change Management Specialist:
1 – 2 to 3 Years Work experience in change management in medium to large techno-functional environment.
2 – Work experience in implementing at least one of the most common methodologies, approaches and models is a plus.
Quality Management consultant:
1- 5+ years extensive Work Experience in the field of quality management system in the financial systems of government projects project management
2- Extensive work experience/Knowledge in writing Quality Policy and Procedures.
3- Excellent Analytical and communication and organizational skills, oral and written.
4- Familiarity with SEI CMMI, ITEL, Six Sigma, Experience in information systems (knowledge of dealing with Oracle Systems).
Oracle SOA Specialist :
1- Minimum of 5-6 years of Experience of IT Experience with 2+ years of Oracle SOA suite experience and OSB experience is a must.
2- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers with Onsite / Offshore Co-ordination skills.
3- Extensive exposure with knowledge and experience to install, configure, and support Oracle SOA suite.
4- Extensive exposure with excellent comprehension and experience about OSB, BAM, BPEL, JSM, SOA composite application, Service Data Objects (SDO), Business Process Execution Language (BPEL) design a business process that integrates a series of discrete services into an end-to-end process flow, XSL Transformations (XSLT) processes XML documents and transforms document data from one XML schema to another, Java Connector Architecture (JCA), Java Messaging Service (JMS), Web Service Description Language (WSDL), SOAP over HTTP (SOAP), Architecting, Designing, Planning, Developing, Testing, and Implementing.
5- Must to have strong development skills in OSB (Oracle Service Bus), SOAP, XML, Web Services, Web Service Security, etc.
6- Sound understanding design for scalability, performance and availability, implementation of at least 2+ end to end Oracle EBS R12.x integration with third-party using Oracle SOA suite (OSB).
7- Strong work ethics with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
8- It is preferred to have 2+ years of application administration experience for Oracle SOA Suite and Weblogic, BPEL, Oracle EBS, EJB’s, Oracle JDeveloper, Web Services, Java /J2EE, EJB, HP-UX, Linux and shell script design.
9- Strong troubleshooting and administrative skills using WebLogic Server, Oracle SOA Suite 11g and Oracle Service Bus 11g in a highly available environment.
Central Management Tivoli Consultant :
1- 2+ Years work Experience with Tivoli Enterprise Console, Tivoli monitoring, Tivoli (CAM) composite application manager, Tivoli Netcool Omnibus, Tivoli Netcool Webtop, Tivoli Access Manager (TAMeb), Tivoli Storage Manager, , Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Enterprise Console.
2- Work Experience and Holding certificates in Tivoli Security such as SCNA (Security Tivoli Network Associate), SCNP (Security Tivoli Network Professional) is a must.
3- Work Experience in Tivoli Software Product monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, detecting, batch updates and upgrade.
4- Extensive work Experience/knowledge in developing new polices and integration with the proper Policy between Tivoli Components with other Application and define the Policy (such as Tivoli Access Manager and Oracle Access and Identity managers.
5- Experience/knowledge in monitoring, managing and detecting and preventing problem in operating system, database and servers and submitting a report
6- Experience/knowledge in upgrading, updating and maintaining all Tivoli or other central management tools.
7- Experience/knowledge in implementing Security Policies
8- Ability to work in a highly matrixes, team oriented environment.
9- Experience/knowledge of Windows, UNIX or Linux operating system administration.
10- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
