A multinational manufacturing facility in 6th of October City is hiring an Accountant.
PRIMARY responsibility for accounting transactions, statutory audit preparation and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Main duties are:
• Deal with all team members to ensure that the financial processes are followed.
• Manage period cutt off procedures and ensure all required data is available on ERP system.
• Prepare monthly accruals and prepayments & manage all Accounts Payable for non-costing related Suppliers
• Manage Delivery Expenses & handle Accounts Payable for imported/Local RM and Packaging Items
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
• Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
Minimum Requirements
• B.Sc in Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience.(Fresh grads are also welcome to apply)
• High level of computer and language skills
• Analytical Skills, Dynamic and self motivated
• Ability to learn, to work under pressure & Hard worker
• Sense of responsibility
Preferable to be resident in 6th of October or surroundings.
