Job Description
– Technical Support (CS-Tech)
Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding Network issues, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction And close case. Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
Requirements
– CCNA Background.
– Very Good in English Language.
– Graduate with a bachelor degree.
– Fresh Graduate.
– Working hours: 8 hours. 6 days work one day off.
