Qualification required :
1. Fluent French and English written and verbal communication skills.
Or fluent German and English written and verbal communication skills.
Or fluent Spanish and English written and verbal communication skills.
Or fluent Portuguese and English written and verbal communication skills.
Or fluent Turkey and English written and verbal communication skills.
Or fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
3. Quiet environment and a speedy laptop / desk top . , Internet connection speed 1 Mbps.
4. Advanced technical skills, including ability to easily navigate multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues.
5. A passion for helping and delighting customers.
6. Must be a good listener, creative, intuitive, self learning , resourceful and able to resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
7. Any gender.
