Description	•Providing Technical Support for computer H/W products lines (Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks & Printing systems) with adequate level of service, starting from installation, configuration, troubleshooting & Installing,ümaintenance As follows: Installing Windows, drivers andümaintaining and troubleshooting variable types. Performing full diagnose,üapplications, while preparing them in the workshop. Bios update and Firmware upgrade. •Following up standards, diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system, while conducting appropriate procedural documentation, as per quality standards. •Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed customer needs.
Qualifications Residence	•Bachelor Degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Science or Equivalent. •Minimum 2 years of working in the same or relevant field (Information System). •Excellent command of English. •Good Knowledge about Servers (Towers and/or Blades) & Storage “Hands on will be preferred”. •Good Knowledge of MCITP (certification is preferred). •Very Good Time management, Communication, Presentation, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi tasks at a time. •The candidate must be *resident in Alexandria*.
