Optimum Engineering and Trading in New Maadi is looking for the following position: Hardware quality test Engineer Job Description: • Design test plans and test cases to validate new products and improve existing products. • Perform product validation and verification of hardware in field or lab environment. • Develop tests and debugging tools to analyze the functionality of hardware systems. • Develop new test procedures and enhance existing ones to ensure products’ reliability and usability. • Analyze all products to identify any manufacturing defect and resolve all hardware issues in coordination with development engineers.
• Prepare and submit reports on progress and status of all testing procedures. • Create manufacturing documentation such as BOMs and manufacturing test specifications Job Location: New Maadi Cairo Duration:Permanent Full Time. Job Qualifications: 1- B.Sc. in Communication Electronics or Computer Engineering. 2- Electronics /communication Engineer 1 or 2 years’ experience or fresh graduate. 2- Able to work with electronic instrumentations for functions test and setting. 3- Working with measuring instrumentation i.e. Oscilloscope Digital Multi-meter. 4- Capable to determine or work on test sheets. 5- Have ability for filed visits in case of needs by clients. 6- Have a basic knowledge about microcontroller. 7- C/C++ Programming is plus. 8- Organized ability to multi-task and stay organized. 9- High energy self-starter with a proven track record in delivering results. 10- Strong critical thinking / problem solving skills. 11-Preferred Certification ISTQB.
