HR Specialist is required for multinational company in Cairo (Interactivo solutions Egypt)
Job description:
Responsible for Recruiting & Selection.
Responsible for medical care and insurance policies and procedures.
Ensure the recruitment data base of qualified pool of high potential candidates is continuously up to date on daily basis.
Contribute in the preparation of the staff alteration by modifying the allowances & deductions (i.e Travel forms, Mobile allowances, fuel expenses, handset allowances etc..)
Screen & refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Conducting Face-to-Face Interviews for different seniority levels
Prepare & Update different recruitment forms (Application form, Staff requisition form, job offer ect .
Update the organization charts.
Provide orientation for newly hired employees & update its content periodically.
Develop & implement HR Policies and Activities ( HR Handbook, Company Code of Conduct, etc.)
Responsible for the Implementation of the midyear & annual performance appraisal.
