• Description
• Familiarity with appropriate analytical tools and experimental techniques for Motor repair & Service.
• Capable of installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, inspection, trouble shooting, major overhauling & repair for electrical motors.
• Capable of rewinding and cable wire connection for electrical motors.
• Capable of field balancing of motors.
• Effective communication and document results through internal documentations.
• Good knowledge of computer software, certification is preferred.
• An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles in electric motors products.
• 8. Familiar of manufacturing process and methods for motor products.
• Good team-working skills.
• Capable of connection diagrams to test all Mechanical & Electrical apparatus.
• An awareness of the environmental impact of motor design ideas.
• Work with internal resources and vendors to generate clear analytically concepts of motor failure.
• Conduct troubleshooting and failure analysis on site and in the workshop.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in motor repair, refurbishment, rewinding, inspection, testing, commissioning, maintenance & Services. 3. Background on Basic safety & Environment.
• Languages Arabic: very good English: very good
• Experience 3 – 5 Years.
• Other Skills
• Manage vendors claim and monitoring work process till close the claim. Prepare services cost estimates use in service quotations.
• Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of services operations. Helps to ensure goals are achieved by working with operations, Q/C, and supplies to clearly outline product specifications, discuss services process issues, and resolve service / repair problems in a timely manner. Provide training / mentoring to less experienced department staff. Generate innovative ideas, suggest new project areas and establish technical plans.. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and technical developments affecting areas of responsibilities.
