Work with internal resources and vendors to generate clear analytical concepts of motor failure. Conduct troubleshooting and failure analysis on site and in the factory. Manage vendors claim and monitoring work process till the closing of the claim. Develops materials & product specifications for repair using research, analytical skills, conceptual and planning skills, and computer-aided Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of services operations. Helps to ensure goals are met by working with operations, Q/C, and supplies to clearly outline product specifications, discuss services process issues, and resolve service / repair problems in a timely manner. Provide training / mentoring to less experienced department staff
• Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related courses.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in motor testing, repair & Services.
• Background on Basic safety & Environment.
• Languages Arabic: very good English: very good
• Education major Engineering
• Experience 3 – 5 Years.
• Other Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with good computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of ANSI, IEC, NEMA, ASME & IEEE standards and API codes
• Good mathematical background in electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Preferred experience in LV and HV motor inspection and testing.
