A leading Travel Agency located in Doha – Qatar is seeking the following position

Travel & Tours Consultants (Males & Females)

Job Description:
Plan flight itineraries, accommodations and other travel arrangements and services.
Confer with customer about destinations, mode of transportation, travel dates and accommodations and visas required in view of financial considerations.
Handle invoicing to all travel arrangement that s/he performs including refunds.
Direct customers to necessary credentials & documentations prior to travel, e.g. visas, travel insurance, etc.
Keep customers up-to-date if changes with their travel arrangements.
Responding to customers’ requirement in a timely manner.
Dealing with complaints or refunds.

Job Requirement:

A university degree.
A minimum of five years of experience in airline ticketing, reservations, sales & customer service in a tourism industry.
A minimum of three years of Amadeus GDS System.
Knowledge of Hotel Holiday packages worldwide.
Knowledge of the world geography is a must.
Must be Excellent in English language speaking &writing.
Presentable.
Age is between 25 to 30 years old.
