-Handle the architectural plans, civil, mechanical, electrical and infrastructure using the AutoCAD
-Prepares projects and architectural design and project supervision
-Handle Architecture and Engineering Drawing Manual and draw them out and hand-held binoculars
-Handle special programs and taking them out on the 3D programs

Job Description:

Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
• Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material and answer routine letters.
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
• Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork
• Performing and coordinating an office’s administrative activities and storing, retrieving, and integrating information for dissemination to staff and clients.
• serve as information and communication managers for an office
• plan and schedule meetings and appointments
• Manage projects; conduct research; and disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, web sites, and e-mail.

Job Requirements:
A bachelor degree in a related field
Male
5 years’ experience needed
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
Proficient in typing
Decision making skills.
Excellent English verbal /written communication
Excellent communications skills
attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Very effective organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Key Performance Indicators:
The percentage of day to day administrative tasks done properly
The accuracy rate of the office automation and organizational restructuring and assuming responsibilities once reserved for managerial and professional staff
The percentage of the admin and secretarial tasks performed on time.

Working conditions:
May work overtime, weekends or any shift
May work under pressure and deal with stress
