Express Employment Professionals in Allen TX is looking for a Wave Solderer in Plano, TX. This is a Temp to Hire position.
Pay: $16-17/hr.
Work Schedule: depends on shift
Qualifications:
Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident
Must have the ability to work efficiently and work well in a team environment
Be punctual and have good attendance
Minimum high school diploma or GED, or
Experience with machine operation
Must be able to read, write and understand English
Must be detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of various electronic components and polarity markings
Six months of selective solder/wave experience
Physical Demands and Activity:
Use of hands and tools to properly perform the job
Lift minimum of 40lbs
Main Functions:
Soldering electronic components
Works with provided documentation
Associate must be able to check that at thru-hole components are present and seated properly on the PCB before loading into the machine
Understands and properly uses materials provided by process engineering to perform the job and make sure that all equipment is running properly and safely on a daily basis
Immediately notifies the lead in the event that any equipment is malfunctioning
Performs all required preventative maintenance and maintenance for the machines’ operations and documents per our “Good Documentation Practices Procedure” on the proper logs
Maintain a clean work area
Performs proficiently at a quality standard set by the company’s mission and commitment
Additional Functions:
Associate will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required
Willingness to cross-train into other departments
