HR Section Head at Construction Company November 2022

Construction company is hiring HR section head;
Location: Dokki
Main Accountabilities:
1. Sources, researches, interviews, screens and refers job candidates for job openings
2. Align with management and section heads to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
3. Writes job descriptions or reviews and edits job descriptions
4. Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
5.Files and maintains employment records for all new hires
6.Update organization structure when needed
7. Write policies and procedures when needed
8. Coordinate training events and keep track record of all training sessions and budget
9. Assist in organizational development initiatives implementation and HR projects
10. Assist in and supervise personnel and payroll function
Qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent
2. HR Diploma is a must
3. 5-7 years of experience and experience in construction is preffered.
