Location : Cairo .
Experience :F&B industry
Responsibilities :
– Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
– Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedules
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Requirements :
– Bachelor degree with HR Diploma .
– Min 2: 3 years experience as HR Generalist .
– Excited to work in the HR – Especially Recruitment .
– Proficient in dealing with Microsoft office & any other programs.
– Gender Males only.
Age : Max 35
