– Responsibilities:
Posting job ads
Shortlisting candidates as per requirements – CV screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews and shortlisting qualified candidates for final round
Coordinating new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings.
Updating job descriptions, as needed.
Coordinating and setting-up training classes or meetings.
Human resource issues.
Handling the onboarding process- introduction calls, formalities and documentation run through, dress code and induction of new joiners
Updating and maintaining attendance and leave database
Coordinating performance appraisal processes.
Updating instructors as our plan

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Gender: male only
From 25 to 30 years old
From 3 to 5 years’ experience in the same filed
