Ahmed Teleb Design & ConstructionWe are hiring an “Administrative Assistant” in our office at Nasr City.

Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls
-Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, word ,excel and powerpoint.
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Develop and maintain a filing system.
-Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
-Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.

Employment conditions:
•probation period: from 1 to 3 months based on performance .
•full time job attendance.
•working hours: from 9 AM to 6 PM.
• fixed day off (Friday Saturday).

Note:-
* Graduates and undergraduates are welcome.
* Preferably Nasr City residents.
