Job Description
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’ request
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Research required information using available resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Follow up customer
• Complete call logs and reports
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
• Experience zero – two years in a call center or customer service environment prefer in automotive field.
• Bachelor Degree is MUST
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Very good English level is a must
• Attention to details.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Good data entry and typing skills.
• Graduates only
Job Conditions
• Working hours :8:30- 5:00
• One day off : Sunday
• Location :Zhraa El-Maadi
