– Bachelor Degree
– Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment, OD & PMS with Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industrial Background is a must.
– HR Diploma is a must
– Strong knowledge of Recruitment, OD & PMS processes, procedures, tasks, responsibilities, duties & abilities is a must.
– Excellent command of English is a must.
– Excellent Microsoft Office Applications’ user.
– Excellent communications, presentation, teamwork, and time management skills.
