J&T express For Shipping is hiring now “Hub Customer Service ”

Location: Haram – Embaba – October – Banha – Shoubra Elkhaima

Job responsibilities:
1- Answer customer calls.
2- Assist customers in sending or checking documents.
3- Answer customer business inquiries.
4- Handle customer complaints.
5- Handle abnormal matters in the receiving
6-Dispatching process.
7- Assist the branch supervisor to arrange the work of the courier, collect the business accounts, etc.
8- Deal with cash outlet customers.

Job Qualification:
1- college degree or above
2- 0- 1 year practical experience in customer service
3- Patient and stable；
Excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking skills
Excellent communication skills.
4- Good English and Microsoft office.
5- Experience in customer service team leader and training is preferred.
