Customer Care Representative
-Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely manner across different channels; emails, calls and chats to maintain a satisfactory level of customer focus environment elevating positive customer experience and relationships.
-Job responsibilities:
o Answer customer incoming questions and address their concerns/ complaints as per the agreed upon service level about the offered products or services.
o Inspect different systems and platforms to investigate customer’s case and collect all relative information to help solving the case.
o Follow appropriate responses to customers’ issues and work quickly to resolve them as per the processes in place and reply properly to customers.
o Create, keep and update digital records of contact with customers and the outcomes of their interactions over the available systems.
o Refer advanced cases to the next level for resolution, providing background information as necessary.
o Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the resolutions.
o Analyze customers’ issues, revise and recommend corrective actions and processes improvement solutions to the current practices as per the findings and voices impacting customer experience.
o Align and work closely with stakeholders (Retail Operations, Ecommerce, Warehouse and Finance) to optimize efficiencies and promote a culture of customer focus.
-Required skills, expertise and knowledge:
o Basic knowledge of the retail industry.
o Basic analytical skills and a multi-tasker.
o Excellent listening and problem solving skills.
o Customer oriented, initiator and fast actor.
o Quality focused, meticulous and attentive to details.
o Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
o Good Eng. Language skills
o Bachelor Degree of any related field
o From 0 to 2 year experience- preferably of Technical Support experience.
