Social Media Specialist

• Monitoring and replying comments and questions on social media platforms.
• Replying to direct message on social media & Google my business account.
• Collecting and recording new comments and responses for future content development.
• Creatively responding with customized messages when needed.
• Keeping an eye on the reach and engagement of the Facebook page using Facebook Analytics.
• Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Website, what’s app and additional channels.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service team.
Job Requirements
• Experience in social media for at least 1 year
• Ability to multi-task
• Proactive and energetic.
,Provide periodical report about the results, and his solutions for improving.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
