Asset Management Sector is looking to hire “Client Relationship Officer”
Location: Smart Village.
Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling Account opening for clients (Etihad Capital & NFI).
2. Communicating reports and account updates requirements to clients.
3. Aggregation of clients’ requests and directing them to the relevant employees in the front office/back office.
4. Updating composite performance from local and regional portfolios.
5. Handling account opening with banks/brokers/custody.
6. Handling transfers.
7. Collaborating closely with other departments to build
strategies to ensure client satisfaction with the company’s product or service
8. Setting up clients’ accounts on APX, SAXO
9. Periodical security/ cash reconciliation
