JD:
• Managing head account and hiring process, dealing with different channels (agencies- freelancers- stockholders)
• Report on sourcing channel measures of success
• Owns hiring process, and HRS relationship to build and constantly improve candidate onboarding experience
-Basic Qualifications:
• Previous recruiting or HR experience, Mass hiring
• Experience of managing candidate or employee experience in time sensitive topics
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Experience with MS Word and Excel
