Amazon is expanding, we are hiring Italian speakers for the Customer Service in Egypt and looking for talented professionals to join our team.
• Working hours: 9 hours including 1 hour break
• Work from office
• Training is virtual
• Last shift ends 10pm, must be flexible working in rotational shifts
• Graduate with a minimum qualification of high school degree
• Must be excellent in Italian written and verbal communication
• Must have minimum 6+ months of experience in Italian Voice Support
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to currently live and work in Cairo, Egypt
• Contact Center/ BPO experience in Italian Voice Support is a PLUS
