must be know:-

Installs, configures, and upgrades computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners in order to insure the performance quality at suitable level.

Monitors and secure all computer systems and networks inside the workspace and sites.

Provides end-user hardware and software troubleshooting and support in person or over the phone, site visits, or via wireless connections and communications programs.

Sets up accounts for new users (Windows, Oracle, and all needed applications ….etc.)
Administrate and support the email and timesheet systems, internet connections and VPN connections channels, Oracle applications (EBS)., Microsoft EP, users’ machines remotely using SCCM, and help desk software “Manage Engine, SCCM, MDT, WSUS, WDS, etc.” and all needed IT support.

Monitor and control all GPS devices activities (Performance, maintenance schedule, communicate all parities internal and external, site visits if needed …etc.) in order to insure the fully utilization for devices and related contracts.
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person by visit Users’ locations “HQ or Remote Locations” for hardware installations or opening new locations. Via phone, or electronically, Deploy users’ OS using MDT and WDS, Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues, and insure that users through problem-solving process, Log all help desk interactions and prepare activity reports.

Run daily reports to set the action plan needed to fix any alerts or problems on user’s machines.
Use Kaspersky and WSUS console to check windows and antivirus updates status on user’s machine and push updates if needed.

Define the route problems and create requests and document resolutions and register the log time sheet on daily basis till resolved and closed the related tickets.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in IT support field.
CCNA certified.
MCSA certified “Windows server”.
ICDL Certified.
Software & Hardware troubleshooting experience.
COMPTIA A+ for Hardware maintenance certified is preferred.
COMPTIA N+ for network maintenance certified is preferred.
