𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

– Maintain Customer billing system.
– Generating Invoices and Accounts Information.
– Producing Monthly Customers Reports for the Management.
– Follow up on Collect and allocate the Payment.
– Investigate and resolve Customers Payments.
– Collect Payments and Deposits.
– Prepare daily and monthly payments.
– Update all the entries and Transactions to our financial system.
– Track Custodies with team members and make sure they are done by Time.
– Manage Filling Activities.
– Develop and automate a recovery System and Backup.
– Send the needed reports To Direct Supervisor.
– Coordinate with other departments.
– Assist with month-end closing.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

– 𝟮-𝟯 years of experience.
– Full awareness of Egyptian Tax Law.
– Very Good Command of the English language.
– Excellent MS Office Skills.
– Full knowledge of the preparation of budget and budgets.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
– Oracle NetSuite Knowledge is a plus.
