Receivable Accountant
– 3 Years of Experience.
– Responsibilities:
– Support cash room when it calls
– Record and review contracts to make sure that the down payment is collected and the installment checks are deposited, calculate commission percentage and meter price and calculate the amount paid till delivery
– Prepare weekly incentives amount to be paid and to be delayed with the mentioned reasons
– Prepare Maintenance Report matched with collection and QB
– Record daily notes Receivable transactions entries
– Record daily Sales center safe transaction entries
– Participate in monthly closing and adjusting entries
– Prepare petty cash for exhibition report attached with documents
– Participate in events and exhibitions to receive payment from customers
