AMANAman is currently hire ” HR Personnel”.
*Job Description:
– Deal with Insurance office.
– Receive original hiring documents and creating employee file.
-Responsible for Archiving and review employee files.
-Manage the process of employee termination and suspension
(resignations, end of contract…etc.)
– Responsible for sign the new employees their contracts and social
forms 1,2,6.
– Update the Database.
– Follow-up the process of opening the bank accounts of the
company’s employees.
– Responsible for mobile lines (Activation & Deactivation).
– Work Cross Functionally with Admin, IT and Line Managers to
prepare the Seating, Email and Laptop for New Employees.
– Responsible for Make Legal Warnings, HR and Experience Letters.
*Job Requirement:
– Bachelor degree of business administration, or any other field.
– Minimum 4 month up to 8 month of experience.
– Very good user of excel.
– Nasr City or Misr El-gdeda Residents.
*Job Condition:
– Working days from Sunday to Thursday.
– Working hours from 9AM to 6PM.
– Location: Nasr City.
– Salary: 3500 net.
