Nepton Systems is looking for a general accountant
Responsibilities
• Ensure that all transactions are properly accounted in the General Ledger and in the correct cost and profit centers. 2-Perform month-end prepayments and accruals. -Ensure an accurate & timely month, quarter & year-end closing providing all necessary regular & irregular analysis.
• Participate in preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure timely year end audit and provide support to the external audit.
• Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis.
• Monthly expense Journal Entries and Analysis per cost Centers. -Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, reconciliations and foreign exchange.
• Process day-to-day accounting operations and General Ledger reconciliations.8
• Review and post all journal entries ensuring accuracy. 9
• Maintain capital assets ledger and review depreciation and amortization journal entries.
• Manage & Prepare fixed asset monthly transaction.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Preparing store entries, store movement and inventory adjustments
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Preferred English Section 3-5 years of experiences.
• Very good Excel user
• Experience in ERP System
• Contracting experience preferred
• Location: Nasir City
