Fleet Supervisor
. Schedule, route, maintain and track transport vehicles.
· Capacity planning for daily plan and peaks.
· Lead & engage in process improvement.
· Develop a strategy for decreasing vehicle cost and create the most efficient routes
· Create a loading plan on daily basis and ensure proper communication to stakeholders and lead dispatch.
· Create reports of driver productivity & routes effectiveness.
· Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting, and surveying current user trends.
· Ensure vehicle registration, insurance formalities, and documentation besides ensuring induction of new vehicles in the existing fleet.
• Bachelor’s Degree Any
•·Experience in operations management
