Summary
ALFA Logistics one of subsidiaries of *Marbella* Group are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in our mission to connect the world. We look for an experienced, dynamic, service and results oriented professional to join the team and help us hire the best talent while providing a great candidate experience.
*Main Duties & Responsibilities:*
• Assessing the efficiency of the current recruitment channels and searching for new ones in order to secure a pipeline of quality candidates for key positions;
• Assessing applicants through phone interviews;
• Setting interview appointments with qualified applicants;
• Conducting face to face interviews and qualifying the shortlisted candidates;
• Building a strong relationship with universities’ career centers, student unions, etc;
• Using different resources to build a pool of candidates through;
• Direct contact and follow up with recruitment agencies;
• Searching for new employment fairs;
• Posting vacancies on online recruitment dashboards and other channels;
• Direct contact with universities’ career centers;
• Prospecting potential candidates using different databases; and
• Developing a strong and organized archiving system for CVs to generate database for all positions.
*Qualifications & Work Experience:*
• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition;
• HR Diploma is a MUST;
• Excellent computer skills; and
• 6th of October City Residence Only.
