**Requirements :-
• Males and females can apply
• Max age: 27
• Experience: 1-2 year as a soft skills trainer
• Bachelor degree
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent command of English
• MS office skills
**Requirements:
• Responsible for the onboarding and giving orientation for the new employees.
• Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
• Design, conduct and initiate relevant T&D programs for employees – existing and new – at all levels in the organization.
• Supporting line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in
groups.
