About the Job
• Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements.
• Ensuring the integrity of export documentation such as bill of lading, commercial invoice and packing list.
• Timely preparation of import documentation and authorization for for all air and sea shipments globally.
• Coordinate in Verification of all freight invoices.
• Follow up the Maintenance of records.
• Follow up the Maintenance of records.
• Follow up Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times job requirements.
• Air & sea Booking.
• Maintaining vessel activity update.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree.
