Job responsibilities :
-Respond to inquiries in the comments & inbox
– To follow up with posts to be uploaded
– Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research
– To create engagement post
– Define most important social media KPIs
– Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
– Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues and outcomes
– Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team
– Monitor all industry and company information and news to anticipate potential issues
