Female Office Administrator jobs July 2020

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties;
•Receive all incoming briefs by mails with job numbers written and distribute them.
•Create schedules, tracking and monitoring progress to ensure work is delivered on time.
•Follow up on all the jobs in progress and monitor their status to ensure that art output remains on schedules and deadlines are met.
•Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
•General office management such as ordering stationary.
•Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
•Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts.
