About the Job
Main Duties:
• Ensures the tasks assigned viz. Loading, Unloading, Receiving, Segregation, put away, picking, sorting, commingling, moves, dispatches are conducted smoothly and accurately, Data entry, inventory and examine products.
• Report promptly on tasks completed individually and ensures probable discrepancies are bought to the attention of the Warehouse Man.
• Interacts with client representatives (driver and labor) should the need arise.
• Responsible for proper usage and preventive maintenance of MHE’s under his purview.
• Monitor the labors activities and provides detailed report to the team leader.
• Supervise the labors within achieving all tasks and movements in the warehouses in order not to obstruct the workflow to avoid any problems with the client.
• Separate the good products away from the damaged one in order not to ship any of the damage products by mistake.
• Protect the damaged products by Stretching and pasting them in order not to damage them more.
Routine Duties:
• Is responsible for completing tasks bearing in mind the safety, health and sanitation measures in place.
• Ensures external housekeeping and reported on regularly.
• Supervises the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.
• Coordinates and supports the Warehouse Man in operational coordination.
• Guides the Labor in proper hygiene and cleanliness.
• Coordinates with the Quality Control Staff and arranges to rectify anomalies on a one to one basis, should there be no need of escalation of issues.
• Keep storage and handling of finished product as much as the company’s standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Experience
• Relevant University Degree.
• Minimum Two years in a similar position.

• English Level: Good (read/written/spoken)
• Excellent User of MS Office
• Logical and Self motivated
• Customer focused ,Team Player
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Positive attitude and Flexibility
• Ability to manage time.
